My first European Wine Blogger Conference has been a great experience and an opportunity to meet some very inspired and talented people! Laughs and good memories will always be the “tags” I will associate to the 3 days spent this year in Brescia.
The event was very well organized and the location, Santa Giulia, was beautiful.. We also had the opportunity to have dinner at the historic palace “La Loggia”, a real privilege! Thank you Gabriela Opaz, Ryan Opaz, Robert McIntosh.
I am very happy I was there because the content has been interesting and useful, especially the storytelling workshop lead by Paolo Casalis and the tips from George Taber .. If I could split myself in two I would have participated to the photography workshop as well, hopefully next year!
…and thanks a million to the producers who brought sparkling wines for the 9 am morning tasting last friday! Amazing dinner in the heart of Franciacorta as well, very informal and friendly atmosphere at Fratelli Berlucchi, where we tasted Bersi Serlini bubbles to match very good food. I will never forget the zabaione dessert and the demi-sec kindly offered by Maddalena Bersi Serlini.
There is so much to say, but maybe is better to share it little by little..
Special mention to the Rat Pack and all the amazing friends met during the weekend 🙂
